TMC was created from a garage gym in 2015 with the purpose to build a safe and encouraging environment for all people to train and feel included.

Gyms can often be intimidating, so we strive to create a place that people from all walks of life could come and workout.

In 2021 be decided to move into a commercial space in Phillip, but it was important to us that we kept the look and feel of the garage but in a bigger space.

All our training is with a qualified and experienced coach, either through 1:1’s, small private groups or larger group sessions.

Our Coaches

  • Tim.

    Tim is the Owner and Head Coach at TMC, starting the gym after retiring from rugby and wanting to continue with his passion for fitness.

    He practices what he preaches and often trains with his clients, so they push that little bit harder.

    Tim’s experience and knowledge about elite sport and in particular Rugby, makes him one of the best Strength and Conditioning coaches.

  • Sophie.

    Sophie has been doing calisthenics (a type of dance) at a high level of competitiveness since she was 2 years old. Sophie also played netball, oztag and rugby union.

    Soph fell in love with working out/gym when the world went into lockdown and had to find a new way to fill her time. She started box fit after purchasing some cheap weights, she started lifting.

    Sophie wants to share with everybody else what helped her become who she is today and hopefully change how people perceive working out!

Personal Training 

1:1 - $90

2:1 - $120 ($60 per person)

3-5 group - $150 (split amongst the group)

6-10 group - $240 (split amongst the group)

Corporate Group rates - $250 (up to 20 pp)

Group Sessions 

Casual - $30

5 Pack - $97.50 (making each session $19.50)

10 Pack - $170 (making each session $17)

Memberships

Group Sessions - $66 per week (unlimited sessions)
